World AIDS Day

Community Voices will mark World AIDS Day in Calgary. Designated on December 1 every year since 1988, this day is dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic and remembering those who have died of AIDS related illnesses. December 1 also launches the start of Aboriginal AIDS Awareness Week.

Read a story of resilience in the face of domestic abuse and HIV stigma.  Come to the event and listen to Stella’s story in person.
